Ryan Lynn is a passionate and experienced dance educator, choreographer, and creative director with over 18 years of experience in the industry. Known for her vibrant energy and commitment to growth through movement, Ryan brings a unique blend of artistry, technique, and mentorship to her work as both a teacher and a coach.

Ryan’s teaching philosophy centers around creating a safe, supportive space where dancers feel seen, challenged, and inspired. She believes in meeting students where they are, nurturing not only their technique but also their confidence, identity, and joy in the process. In her classes, dance becomes a form of storytelling, healing, and personal freedom.

When I’m not teaching, I’m continuing my education as a graduate student pursuing a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling. That journey has strengthened my belief that movement, community, and creative expression can play a powerful role in overall well-being.

Jess has been dancing competitively since the age of 7 and has dedicated much of her life to dance education. She graduated from Bridgewater State University in 2016, where she studied Dance Education, and began her teaching career after assisting classes throughout high school.

During her time at Brockton high School, Jess served as co-captain of the Halftime Dance Team and co-choreographer for the school’s musical productions. Over the next 10 years, she has taught dancers of all ages at both the recreational and competitive levels, specializing in tap, jazz, hip hop, lyrical, contemporary, and conditioning/technique.

Jess has received numerous choreography awards throughout her career including National Champion titles for her competitive routines. After having her son in 2022, she is continuing to take classes and rediscovering her love for learning new styles and performing.

Her favorite styles of dance are tap and contemporary. Jess strives to inspire confidence, creativity, and a lifelong love of dance in every student she teaches.

MaryKate has been dancing since she was 2 years old in Brockton Mass. She began teaching after graduating college and has rekindled her passion for dance education ever since. She believes that communication and expression does not have to simply be verbal. Movement can demonstrate more than just steps, it can create a masterpiece, sending a message about how we truly feel. MaryKate is kind, compassionate and patient with our youngest dancers as she sparks a love of dance in their life. 

MaryKate believes that anyone can dance, no matter where you are starting. Whether it's their first time in the shoes, or has been doing this their whole life, dance can be part of anyone’s daily routine. She pays attention to detail and technique while meeting the dancers where they are at and building self-confidence. She aims to assist every dancer in not only trusting her but trusting themselves to achieve their fullest potential. 

When not in the dance studio, MaryKate could be found in a few places. She is a professional figure skating coach, teaching children ages 2.9 to 18 how to express themselves on the ice. Going to competitions and test sessions with grace, poise and confidence in their skills. She also is working towards a dual licensure in Mental Health Counseling and School Adjustment Counseling at Bridgewater State University, looking to graduate in 2027. She cannot wait to dance with you!
